What should I wear? Business attire or clothing featuring your company logo works well. Shades of blue and green are generally complimentary to a wide range of skin tones; reds and pinks can produce comparable results. Thoughtful accessories—such as scarves for women and neckties or bow ties for men—can add a polished finishing touch.
What about location? It depends, Some clients will come directly to my studio for their session, other clients prefer environmental locations, for example, a park, or the backdrop of a city, or buildings in the financial district. Another and probably the best option is for me to come to your office and take the photos on your space on your time.
What is the best time for photos? The best time for photos is always. With the use of studio lighting I can recreate any lighting conditions possible making it easier to accommodate different schedules. If you want the natural light option, I will work around your schedule to choose the best time of the day to take advantage of the available light and make some magic.
How do I settle payment? A 50% deposit of the fee is required to secure and book the appointment. The remaining balance may be paid at the end of the session or settled later via an invoice, depending on your preference.
How fast can I get my photos? Turnaround is typically 7 to 14 business days, though timing depends on the size and complexity of the group and any additional retouching requested. If you need images sooner, please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate your deadline.
What about retouching? Retouching can be important in certain situations, but it’s frequently unnecessary. With proper lighting, the right location, and careful hair and makeup, we capture the correct image from the start and significantly reduce the need for heavy editing. This will save time and expedite the delivery process of your images. If retouching is required, rest assure that you are in the right hands. I am an expert retoucher with over 20 years of experience.
What’s the largest group you’ve ever photographed? There is no strict limit to the size of group I can photograph, though the largest session I’ve managed so far included 50 people. With the right planning, space, and lighting, I’m able to accommodate much larger groups as needed.
