A New Year a New Day

It sure does get plenty messy in here, more than I usually expect. Having carpet in a studio space is definitely not something I would ever try again. While I do love that my feet are comfy and warm on the soft carpet, the messes I create while working with flowers, water, and various ingredients are really challenging to clean up at the end of each day. Today, I’m expecting another set of flowers to be delivered, and I’ll be taking some photos of them once they arrive. I’m not entirely sure which ingredients I’ll be experimenting with today, but knowing my client, it will likely be something exotic, colorful, and wonderfully fragrant. Before all of that can happen, though, I need to get this place back in order so I can start fresh and clean without any distractions.
